Service & EngineeringOne of our primary aims is to ensure that the full customer care package is maintained beyond equipment installation. Biopharma provides a wide range of services and support for all the equipment we supply. With an installed base of more than 200 freeze dryers, of all sizes and configurations, you can rest assured of our expertise. Our experienced engineers are able to support you throughout the life of your freeze dryer. Planned MaintenanceA trained, experienced eye can be worth more than days of searching in the dark. We recommend that you have your machines serviced at least once a year, and we can arrange contracts for scheduled maintenance. Standard service visits are either one or two days, depending on the size of the machine. Every service is supplemented by a full report and all equipment necessary for a service is supplied including spare parts if required. Breakdown ServicingProblems come in many different forms, and no two are ever quite the same. Biopharma's engineers are factory-trained and the technical department has the full backing of our principals. We have the means to tap into their resources to assist you. Regular planned maintenance helps, but when there is a problem you want the confidence to know it is being attended to by experienced, factory trained, service engineers who will probably have seen your problem before.
